What the report form collects
The scam type, neighborhood, what happened and how you're feeling, anything you choose to write, and your email only if you give it.
What we never ask for
Passwords, sign-in codes, account numbers or your Social Security number. If anyone claiming to be us asks, it isn't us.
How your story is used
Reports stay private until a moderator reads them. Reports are anonymous by default. We may share the scam type and neighborhood so neighbors can spot it first. We never publish names, emails or identifying details. Stories may inform Global Harlem reporting and the Trust podcast, and we'll ask you directly before using anything that could identify you.
Checkmarks and bingo
Your checklist, Get Ready and bingo progress are saved only on your own device. We can't see them.
